Every nation is got  its own food. Some food is not edible to others. There  is a Universal  food like the cultivated  vegetables  like  tomato, spinach,rice (white or  brown) The common  behaviour is, we dont select food according to carbohydrates, protein and  vitamins.We just want to fill our  stomachs.Some of the  food  is got History which  is eaten  from generation  to generation. Cultivating your own Food

As long as you have 65cmx65cm piece of land,you can prepare and plant a fruit tree or 3mx3m piece of land you may have a small garden.The type of soil should not worry you. The soil is prepared as follows: -the soil consists of topsoil(Soil on the surface).It should be put aside. -the second soil(which usually differs from topsoil by colour, soil structure) which also must be put aside.This is the general classification. The hole In the open hole,put in the food remnants not plastics,metal,bottles or any undecomposable material. Put in the grass or lawn grass and pour in the water. Again on the third layer,you repeat the same process until the  is filled up. Once the hole is filled up pour in water. When the top material changes the colour,then put in the topsoil which you took it away.You can now plant the fruit tree or if it was 3mx3m you may start cultivating your vegetables. Good Food depends on various circumstances.Sometimes what you eat is called a junk food which consists of a lot of fat,starch,excess of meat with less or no vegetables accompanied with spices or even too much salt. Bad food may result to obesity, heartache      continuous headache,backpain and energy loss. Eating one type of food We have 7 days  and on average we need 21 types of food.Yes you may alter three types of food per week.One type of starch like a white rice may alter with brown rice or yellow maize.At certain point you eat only vegetables twice but not consecutively at the same time you may take various vegetables especially the green ones. How does your body react in any food?

Your taste which is determined by your tongue with taste buds are doing a great job. Sometimes when you eat you vormit or you become sick like stomachache or changing of your body temperature or running stomach even not to mention death. Your Age counts.It determines whether your intestinal juices are "tired" or not enough to release the necessary enzymes to curtail the food  which you are eating. This is just like a gasoline.Generally,the gasoline looks like the same.You  must have a trusted gasoline of your choice determined by the smooth functioning of your engine. In our case excess sugar,meaning sugar in the tea,sugar in cereals,sugar in juices or even taking fruits in one day.These will have harmful results.This will be not be sugar only but also excessive salt or spices. So, the best advice from me is don't use one type of from me don't eat one type of food daily.Visit also your Dietitian once in 6 months just like when you take your car to service.
