Good food is composed of water,lipids,
proteins and carbohydrates vegetables and fruits are the healthiest.
Why do I remind you about the balanced food?

1.You are a hardworker and you need more energy.
2.To stay aloof from hospital  and medical doctor.
3.Your money  will be saved.
4.When the diseases are far from you shall live little bit longer.
5.Healthy body means healthy mind, healthy decisions.

Eating habits
1.It is unhealthy to eat 10 times per day  because it will too much starch or sugar or fats.
2.The old traditional way of eating breakfast,lunch,supper is the best way of not overtaxing your body.
3.Eating,while carrying a high volume of food in your mouth may flow to your trachea and  result to death.
4.Eating with dirty hands may cause illness.
