Food keeps Life

There are 6 categories  which support  Life.Any deficiency  may invite  diseases.
1.Fruits.
2.Vegetables 
3.Starches 
4.Meat
5.Water
6.Milk
All the  above types of food,have a certain 
value.Thats why  we must have  what we called a balanced intaking.

You have  to draw a time-table.Remember
the old traditional  ways: Example:
1.Monday: Beans,Apples,soup,starch  and
Water.
2.Tuesday: Fish,Apricots,Brown rice,
Vegetable soup and Water.
3.Wednesday:Milk, Porridge,Banana and Water.
4.Thursday:    Meat(Pork,Red Meat)Starch,
Carrots.
5.Friday: Tomato Soup,Beans and Brown porridge.
6.Saturday: Roasted  Meat,Brown Rice,
Peas and Water.
7.Sunday:  Chicken,Soup,starch and Water.

Conclusion:
In order our body to function  properly, needs various nutrients.
