Good Food

Good Food depends on various circumstances.Sometimes what you eat is called a junk food which consists of a lot of fat,starch,excess of meat with less or no vegetables accompanied with spices or even too much salt.
Bad food may result to obesity, heartache      continuous headache,backpain and energy loss.

Eating one type of food
We have 7 days  and on average we need 21 types of food.Yes you may alter three types of food per week.One type of starch like a white rice may alter with brown rice or yellow maize.At certain point you eat only vegetables twice but not consecutively at the same time you may take various vegetables especially the green ones.

Starvation under the so-called "Slimming".
Your intestines are designed to carry a certain load of liquid which must be  healthy
If you don't give your body enough food,then some diseases may attack you or blood flowing which may affect your heart even breathing because you don't have energy.

Exercises
Do not over-execise.If  you are tired relax have some water or nutritious soup.Your body needs that source of energy.

Balanced Food
Balanced Food will mean various types of starch, vegetables,types of meat,milk.various
beans and eggs
