Food Importance

God has created  us with appetite which means we must eat food not any food but the one which suitable for human beings.              Food has evolved with culture and time. At the same time that that has affected  some of our structures that's why we have lean or stout people of course we can not rule out the genetic formations.

There are many expects who support the food combination which include their nutritional  value even sometimes to protect us from common diseases  like flu.At the same time we have food which may cause harm to us if it's taken more than the quantity desired or taken daily without pausing or changing our diet.Thats why People talk about the balance food.

Mainly, People have these reasons when they eat:                                                                    1.Just to fill the stomach (Not knowing that may have adverse effect which may result to obesity and other diseases, )                                2.Some have Food Time Table usually 3 times per day.(That will allow digestion and nutrients  absorption)                                           3.Partying ( which may result to over eating)

There are other reasons which are extra ordinary.In this blog I shall uncover the various  types of food,combination,history and why food have been so expensive, how do you budget for it as well as it's sustainability  because  it is here to stay.
