Good food is composed of water,lipids, proteins and carbohydrates vegetables and fruits are the healthiest. Why do I remind you about the balanced food? 1.You are a hardworker and you need more energy. 2.To stay aloof from hospital  and medical doctor. 3.Your money  will be saved. 4.When the diseases are far from you shall live little bit longer. 5.Healthy body means healthy mind, healthy decisions. Eating habits 1.It is unhealthy to eat 10 times per day  because it will too much starch or sugar or fats. 2.The old traditional way of eating breakfast,lunch,supper is the best way of not overtaxing your body. 3.Eating,while carrying a high volume of food in your mouth may flow to your trachea and  result to death. 4.Eating with dirty hands may cause illness.

Good Food

Good Food depends on various circumstances.Sometimes what you eat is called a junk food which consists of a lot of fat,starch,excess of meat with less or no vegetables accompanied with spices or even too much salt. Bad food may result to obesity, heartache      continuous headache,backpain and energy loss. Eating one type of food We have 7 days  and on average we need 21 types of food.Yes you may alter three types of food per week.One type of starch like a white rice may alter with brown rice or yellow maize.At certain point you eat only vegetables twice but not consecutively at the same time you may take various vegetables especially the green ones. Hey, I want you to be healthy and strong I don't want to lose you. Starvation under the so-called "Slimming". Your intestines are designed to carry a certain load of liquid which must be  healthy If you don't give your body enough food,then some diseases may attack you or blood flowing which may affect your heart ev...

How does your body react in any food?

Your taste which is determined by your tongue with taste buds are doing a great job. Sometimes when you eat you vormit or you become sick like stomachache or changing of your body temperature or running stomach even not to mention death. Your Age counts.It determines whether your intestinal juices are "tired" or not enough to release the necessary enzymes to curtail the food  which you are eating. This is just like a gasoline.Generally,the gasoline looks like the same.You  must have a trusted gasoline of your choice determined by the smooth functioning of your engine. In our case excess sugar,meaning sugar in the tea,sugar in cereals,sugar in juices or even taking fruits in one day.These will have harmful results.This will be not be sugar only but also excessive salt or spices. So, the best advice from me is don't use one type of from me don't eat one type of food daily.Visit also your Dietitian once in 6 months just like when you take your car to service.

God has created  us with appetite which means we must eat food not any food but the one which suitable for human beings.              Food has evolved with culture and time. At the same time that that has affected  some of our structures that's why we have lean or stout people of course we can not rule out the genetic formations. There are many expects who support the food combination which include their nutritional  value even sometimes to protect us from common diseases  like flu.At the same time we have food which may cause harm to us if it's taken more than the quantity desired or taken daily without pausing or changing our diet.Thats why People talk about the balance food.
