The Farmer  has to make sure  his/her product  grow and that is got a financial  implications  which includes labour, transport and months of endurance.The Farmer has to accommodate  the bad days or even years. Every nation is got  its own food. Some food is not edible to others. There  is a Universal  food like the cultivated  vegetables  like  tomato, spinach,rice (white or  brown) The common  behaviour is, we dont select food according to carbohydrates, protein and  vitamins.We just want to fill our  stomachs.Some of the  food  is got History which  is eaten  from generation  to generation. Such type of generational food is got history of  healthiness.Thats why there"s no History of diseases or stomach absurdities  or sickness. Food can be a big business.

There are 6 categories  which support  Life.Any deficiency  may invite  diseases. 1.Fruits. 2.Vegetables  3.Starches  4.Meat 5.Water 6.Milk All the  above types of food,have a certain  value.Thats why  we must have  what we called a balanced intaking. You have  to draw a time-table.Remember the old traditional  ways: Example: 1.Monday: Beans,Apples,soup,starch  and Water. 2.Tuesday: Fish,Apricots,Brown rice, Vegetable soup and Water. 3.Wednesday:Milk, Porridge,Banana and Water. 4.Thursday:    Meat(Pork,Red Meat)Starch, Carrots. 5.Friday: Tomato Soup,Beans and Brown porridge. 6.Saturday: Roasted  Meat,Brown Rice, Peas and Water. 7.Sunday:  Chicken,Soup,starch and Water. Conclusion: In order our body to function  properly, needs various nutrients.
