How does your body react in any food?

Your taste which is determined by your tongue with taste buds are doing a great job. Sometimes when you eat you vormit or you become sick like stomachache or changing of your body temperature or running stomach even not to mention death. Your Age counts.It determines whether your intestinal juices are "tired" or not enough to release the necessary enzymes to curtail the food  which you are eating. This is just like a gasoline.Generally,the gasoline looks like the same.You  must have a trusted gasoline of your choice determined by the smooth functioning of your engine. In our case excess sugar,meaning sugar in the tea,sugar in cereals,sugar in juices or even taking fruits in one day.These will have harmful results.This will be not be sugar only but also excessive salt or spices. So, the best advice from me is don't use one type of from me don't eat one type of food daily.Visit also your Dietitian once in 6 months just like when you take your car to service.
